SUMMIT CONTRACTORS CORPORATE OFFICES
Initial Design Requirements: Create a corporate headquarters for the 7th largest construction company in Florida and the 198th in the United States. Image and functionality were of equal importance to the client.
Special Building Features: With divisional offices located across the country, it was a necessity that Summit’s corporate office convey their image, as well as streamline its functionality. Driving the layout of the building was the interaction of the company divisions: executive, marketing, accounting and project management. Centering the facility is the main conference room which features built-in cabinets and a custom salt-water fish tank, which can be viewed from both inside the conference room and outside in the main hallway.
Building Materials, Systems & Site Characteristics: Wood fram with 4” split-face block, veneer wall systems, and concrete tile roof.
