New construction of the St. Johns County EOC Building. St. Johns County Emergency Operations Center consists of 30,600 sq. ft. of emergency shelter and call center. The new EOC was designed taking under consideration the most restrictive wind and missile impact design criteria established by FEMA 361. The reason to build such a strong building is to ensure that it will remain operational during and after a hurricane event or similar emergency situation. PQH was instrumental in providing assistance for Grant Funding.
