PQH FEATURED ON FIRST COAST LIVING HarborChase is one of Mandarin's newest Senior Living Facilities and is set to open in the Fall of 2017. The campus is designed to have stimulating activities, customized programs, generous amenities, and innovative health services. This facility was designed to house Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care units. PQH kept with the Old Florida charm in their design to help create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. With more than 200 friends and supporters in attendance, the Sulzbacher Team broke ground on this permanent housing community for women and families. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s newest 650-bed student residence hall opened in January on its Daytona Beach, Florida campus. The new $25 million, 145,000-square-foot facility designed by PQH Group showcases an ultra-modern look, natural light, campus views, and comfortable living and learning environment. Contributing to these goals, Tubelite Inc. provided window, curtainwall, storefront and entrance systems, and an airfoil fin, to meet the project’s required aesthetic, sustainability and performance specifications. The City of Jacksonville named PQH Group the Jacksonville Small and Emerging Business for the Month of July! In order for a business to qualify for the JSEB program they must demonstrate, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that it meets all the requirements of the COJ Section 126.609 including, but not limited to, residency, personal net worth, ownership, control, and independence. PQH FEATURED IN NEI QUARTERLY Trinity Towers West located in Melbourne, Florida is a Restoration Design project recently completed by PQH. When asked to complete the design for this extensive restoration, PQH was more than happy to jump on board. Trinity Towers West is a 17 story, 192 unit high rise with longtime residents. This $9 million dollar restoration includes new kitchens, windows, HVAC Systems, new roof, ADA and accessibility improvements, as well as, pull cords in the bedrooms, fire sprinklers, and a new fire alarm system. ANTHEM LAKES SENIOR LIVING GROUND BREAKING The Anthem Lakes Senior Living Ground Breaking Ceremony was held on January 21st. Members of PQH and Perry McCall Construction were on site with golden shovels in hand! Anthem Lakes is an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility located in Mayport, Florida. |
