HEALTHCARE SCIENCE BUILDING JACKSONVILLE UNIVERSITY
Jacksonville University commissioned PQH Group to help them realize their vision for a new State of the Art Health Sciences Building for the Jacksonville, FL. Campus. This new Facility encompasses over 107,000sf with an initial budget in excess of $20.5 Million Dollars and will be home to the Universities Orthodontic Program, Kinesiology Program, Mental Health Program and Graduate Nursing Program; among others.
The signature three story facility includes an all brick and glass facade with aluminum and stainless steel accents to match the current vernacular of the campus while maintaining a nod to the future. Key elements of the facility include a 43 chair orthodontic clinic, Wet and Dry Laboratories, flex “Social” laboratory space, a two story kinesiology teaching laboratory, 100 seat lecture hall, multiple large (50+) seat classrooms, collaborative peer work nodes, student lounge and associated administrative areas.
