JORDAN COVE APARTMENTS MARKET RATE


Jordan Cove Apartments located on the southeast corner on Addick’s Satsuma Road approximately 300 feet east of the intersection with State Highway 6 in Harris County, Texas. The site comprises approximately 14.576 acres. The project will contain approximately 144 living units. Buildings will be three story wood frame construction based on the Teaxas version of the Affordable Wood Prototype documents developed for Vestcor.
 
The project will also include a community center, maintenance building, dog walk area, private outdoor storage and mail kiosks to be based on documents used for Kimberly Pointe Apartments.
