This project consisted of designing a new office up-fit for 4042sf of existing medical office space. The exterior includes a design of a new pedestrian entry canopy, and the cosmetic redesign of the exterior facades with modifications to the roof limited to only those necessary to facilitate new mechanical equipment. Site design scope includes preparation of a new site and grading plan reflecting revised vehicular pedestrian drop-off flow/circulation, creation of additional parking on south side of the building (if possible), revised pedestrian walkways to accommodate canopy revisions, as well as revised landscaping and irrigation plans.
