The finished product of this design is a 3-bay, 9,198 sf fire station. Rolling overhead doors, truck wash down, trench drains. Layout includes locker rooms, kitchen and recreation/training area. The red split faced CMU exterior is both durable & easy to maintain and the tailored landscaping add curb appeal and blends in with the vernacular of the community. The kitchen is contemporary with wood and stainless steel finishes. Site was between 2 roads, providing easy access to the drive-through apparatus bays.
